Container Service Progress
Enter the full container number in the logistics section of Service Progress to view recorded arrival, customs submission, release and delivery dates.
Only logistics progress fields are displayed. Operating costs, income and expenses, contact information and the full internal order workbook are not exposed. A container number does not grant access to administrative financial records.
Two separate progress queries
- Logistics: use the complete container number to check arrival, customs submission, release and delivery dates.
- Trade services: use an application/order number and private query code to view incorporation and selected-service stages, registered identifiers, receipts and documents.
Checking a record and following up
- Check all letters and digits in the container number. Keep trade-service query codes private.
- Results show recorded business information. To confirm a date or handling arrangement, email the container or order number to our team.
- Public queries do not show operating costs, financial line items or the internal workbook.
